Samantha Offierski
Corrective Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer B.Sc. (Hon) Science Management of Health and Exercise Medical Exercise Specialist – MES Functional Movement Screening (FMS) L1 Certified Titleist Performance Golf Institute (TPI) L1 & L2 Certified – specializing in custom tailored strength and conditioning programs from recreational to competitive golfers. Head coach of Strength and Conditioning for Seymour Golf Clubs Junior Elite Team. Partnered with Elevate golf Performance Samantha has spent the last 16 years of her career developing her training philosophy and coaching techniques, and is committed to continually learning more and optimizing her skills for the benefit of her clients. During her extensive career in personal training, Samantha discovered a passion for working with golfers of all abilities as well as helping individuals seeking corrective exercise prescriptions. She especially is drawn to those who have a desire to “feel alive and strong again”. Samantha has worked with many athletes including provincial-level golfers, masters-level swimmers, and post-injury rehabilitation individuals. She has partnered with many local medical and wellness professionals on the North shore to bridge the gap between their medical treatment and exercise to optimize her clients’ experience and ensure a holistic and multi-faceted approach is taken for each individual. |
Kevin LaFace
Kinesiologist Originally from the Okanagan, Kevin attended SFU where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He started his career in the injury rehabilitation field where he developed a passion for helping people overcome their injuries. His desire to train people in a more functional approach and in an athletic environment led him into the personal training field. Since then, Kevin’s entire training approach has steadily evolved to meet a wide range of clients' goals and needs. He has over 15 years of training experience and his areas of expertise include strength and conditioning, endurance training, and program design. As an avid runner and cyclist, when he’s not training in the gym, you can find Kevin running, hiking or biking on local trails on the beautiful North Shore mountains. |
