Educating juniors on how to look after their body mentally and physically is at the core of our comprehensive programming.
Our Junior Training program introduces juniors to the gym environment learning fundamental breathing and movement skills that progress with consideration for age to preparing juniors for sports-specific training.
Meet Samantha Bolt, our TPI-certified trainer, head strength and conditioning coach for Seymour’s Junior elite team and partner of Elevate Golf Performance, with over 10 years experience coaching junior golfers and designing a comprehensive yearly plan getting them game ready.
