I first met Sam when I needed some guidance and help me lose a few pounds before I got married. As we started going through the training process, it became apparent quickly that she truly cared for her clients and wanted to continually work towards becoming a better trainer. It was at this time that I was starting to incorporate fitness into the coaching programs for my Junior golfers, so we partnered up and have been working together for 6 years now.
